Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use UnstuQ. Access to dating features requires identity verification. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile and to keep it updated. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

You agree not to:

• Use UnstuQ for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Use the service to spam, scam, or deceive others
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal. We investigate all reports and take action on accounts that violate these terms.

UnstuQ offers free and paid subscription plans (Pro and Couple Pro). Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Coupon codes, if provided, grant access for the duration specified at redemption. After a coupon expires, your account reverts to the free plan unless you purchase a subscription.

You are responsible for the content you post, including profile information, photos, and messages. You grant UnstuQ a license to display your content within the service for the purpose of operating the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.

We use identity verification to help keep the community safe, but we cannot guarantee that every user is who they claim to be. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting others. Always meet in public places, tell someone you trust about your plans, and report any concerning behavior through the in-app reporting tools.

UnstuQ uses AI to generate recommendations for dates, activities, and experiences. These recommendations are suggestions, not endorsements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any third-party venue, event, or service. You are responsible for verifying details before visiting or booking.

UnstuQ, its logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnstuQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
