Acceptable Use Policy

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any feature of UnstuQ. Access to dating and people-discovery features requires identity verification confirming you are 18 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we remove such accounts upon discovery.

You may not use UnstuQ to facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Selling, purchasing, or distributing illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Facilitating weapons sales, explosives, or other dangerous goods
• Money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes
• Stalking, harassment, or threats of physical harm
• Any conduct intended to defraud, scam, or deceive other users of the platform

You may not upload, share, or transmit any of the following content, and you may not engage in the following behavior on UnstuQ:

• Sexually explicit profile content — nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit photos, videos, or text in profiles, messages, or any user-generated content
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA) — any content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors, including AI-generated or simulated material. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement
• Sexual violence and non-consensual content — content depicting sexual assault, non-consensual sexual contact, or any intimate content shared without the explicit consent of all parties, including revenge porn and deepfake sexual content
• Human and sex trafficking — any content, communication, or activity that facilitates or promotes human trafficking, sex trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation
• Harassment and abuse — targeted harassment, bullying, hate speech, or content that incites violence against any person or group
• Scams and fraud — schemes intended to defraud users, including romance scams, advance-fee fraud, phishing, or impersonation for financial gain
• Violence and incitement — threats of violence, instructions for causing harm, or glorification of violent acts
• Illegal goods and services — listings, offers, or promotions for illegal products or services
• Impersonation — misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation with another person or organization
• Spam and automated abuse — mass unsolicited messages, bots, scraping, or attempts to overload or disrupt the Service

UnstuQ is built on real-world connection. Every interaction — whether messaging, planning a date, or meeting in person — must be consensual and respectful. You may not pressure, coerce, or threaten another user. Unwanted contact after being asked to stop is prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.

Business partners listing on UnstuQ must provide accurate information about their venue, services, and availability. Listings may not promote illegal activity, sexually oriented businesses, or any prohibited content described above. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate this policy.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@unstuq.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, account suspension, permanent removal, and referral to law enforcement where required by law. Reports of child sexual exploitation or abuse are reported to the appropriate authorities immediately.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
